Ribbon Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturers Outdoor GYDTA Loose Tube
The GYDTA ribbon optical cable structure mainly includes: Outer sheath, loose tube, fiber optic tape, aluminum tape, intermediate reinforcement, filling rope, etc. It mainly involves inserting a single-mode optical fiber ribbon into a loose tube made of high modulus plastic filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforcement core. For specific fiber cables, the metal reinforced core can be a steel strand, which can also be wrapped with a layer of PE polyethylene sheath. In addition, the loose tube and filling rope are twisted around the reinforcement to form a cable core. Cable core is also filled with water-resistant compounds. Moreover, the external structure of the optical cable mainly consists of plastic coated aluminum tape and PE outer sheath.
