Optical Fiber Submarine Cable Zero Buoyancy Spiral Armored

The structure of optical fiber submarine cable is complex. It mainly puts 1-4 core optical fibers into loose tubes. There is a layer of armored steel belt outside the loose tube. The outside of the steel belt is a layer of aramid yarn. Then it is wrapped with a layer of braided mesh and PVC or LSZH outer sheath. The outside of the outer sheath is followed by a layer of aramid yarn, seawater-proof imported polyurethane foam and seawater-proof glossy polyurethane PUR sheath.

Specification

GYDTS Ribbon Fiber Cable

Features

  • The structure of spiral armor tube is beneficial for protecting optical fibers from external compression and preventing fiber deformation
  • The spiral armor has good flexibility feature
  • Adopting a shielded network structure, it can effectively prevent signal interference
  • The aramid yarn reinforcement has good tensile properties
  • The foam layer of seawater resistant polyurethane material has good floatability, providing the mobility of optical cables and facilitating better connections between equipment
  • Anti seawater bright polyurethane PUR outer layer effectively prevents the optical cable from being corroded by seawater

Advantages

  • Special for underwater and pipeline equipment
  • Acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, operating temperature -20~120 ℃
