Non Metallic Fiber Optic Cable GYFTY53 Direct Burial
GYFTY is a popular non-metallic fiber optic cable. The non-metallic reinforcement is located at the center of the optical fiber, and the cable tube is filled with a compound and glued around the reinforcement component. The gaps in the optic cable core are filled with water-resistant filling material. A layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded on the outer core of the cable, and the double-sided coated steel strip (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form the cable.
