Burying Temperature Fiber Optic Cable GJYKU33 Steel Armored

GJYKU33 burying temperature fiber optic cable structure is to embed 250μm optical fibers into seamless steel pipes made of high modulus materials, and fill the steel pipes with waterproof compounds. A layer of spiral steel strip armor is wrapped around the steel pipe, and a layer of metal woven mesh is added. Moreover, two circles of fine round steel wire are wrapped around the periphery and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable. In addiction, optical cables have excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, waterproof performance, and corrosion resistance, and can be buried in harsh environments for long-term use.

Features

  • Multimode optical fiber is used for temperature leakage detection
  • Small outer diameter, simple structure, fast thermal penetration, and fast temperature response
  • The outer sheath enhances the aging resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and other properties of the optical cable
  • Fully insulated type, high voltage resistance, anti creepage, flame retardant, explosion-proof, etc
  • The optical cable has high mechanical strength and is suitable for buried and overhead use

Standard

Comply with standards such as YD/T 901 and IEC 60794-1

Application Scenarios

Widely used for temperature measurement in tunnels, fire pipelines, oil pipelines, coal mines, bridges, warehouses and so on
